The design, arrangement construction, or organization of the different parts of a computer system is known as computer architecture.
1. Central Processing Unit (CPU:
The ALU and the CU of a computer system are jointly known as the CPU. you may call Cpu is the brain of any computer system. at is just like the brain that takes all major decisions makes all sorts of calculations and directs different parts of the computer functions by activating and controlling the operations.
2. Control Unit (CU):
The next component of the computer is the CU, which is responsible for Co-ordinating Various operations using time signals the CU determines the sequence input programs, and instructions are executed. Things like processing of programs stored in the main memory. also as a switchboard operator when several were accessing the computer simultaneously,
3. Main memory:
It is also called primary memory. It is used for storing data and instructions running processing. 9t is the only memory that is directly accessible to the CPU. It is usually expensive faster read/write operation and is used in small storage capacity. Eg: RAM, ROM, cache memory:
4. Input: This is the process of entering data and programs into the computer system. We should know that computers are electrical machine like any other machine which takes as inputs raw data and performs processing giving out processed data, therefore the output unit takes data from where the
computer in om organized manner for the process.
5. output: This is the process of producing results from the data for getting useful information Similarly the output produced by the computer after processing must also be kept somewhere inside the computer before being
given to you in human-readable form. Again the output is also starred inside to computer for further processing.
thanks is very helpful
